About Me
My Mind/Body Transformation System is for people who want to be and feel youthful as you age. At 63, I enjoy living life fully, being agile, focused and feeling great in my body. The tools I find most effective are fluid movement, nourishing breath work, corrective exercises and mindset practices.
I have worked with hundreds of individuals and groups over the past 30 years helping them build their energy and agility in their body, along with mental sharpness and emotional stability in their mind.
I use practical mind body alignment techniques that you can learn to take care of yourself so you don’t get pulled into emotions and thoughts that throw you into harmful directions that don’t align with your values for yourself.
I’m a graduate of SWIHA, building thousands of hours of study in methods such as Jin Shin Jyutsu, Ortho Bionomy structural balancing, Corrective Exercises, Holistic Dynamic Movement and Embodied Self Leadership.
I have a corporate background, working for several technology companies and received the top salesperson award out of 52 franchises, worldwide, for multiple years.
I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and a graduate degree from the Thunderbird School Of Global Management.
As a life long learner and teacher, my passion is to share with you, how to cultivate sustainable energy levels, enhance physical agility and to move with grace and strength.
My private studio and professional practice is in Scottsdale, Arizona where I live with my husband of 37 years. Together, we have two beautiful adult children and a grandson.
