Living in your heart, reduces stress

How do you bring your heart into your work when there is so much to get done, that your “to do” list takes over?


If you are a passionate entrepreneur, career professional, partner or life enthusiast, it is a skill to bring your creativity from your heart to action. You can spend a lot of time getting bogged down about work and being busy creating your dream and miss, connecting to your heart. 


Losing that connection to your heart, can cause you to go into overdrive, becoming  stressed and burned out easier.


You can learn to feel  your heart and your body, as you work vs. just your analytical mind.  The heart connection brings you joy, motivation, and inspiration. The body connection brings you grounding, steadiness, focus, and a sense of ease as you do your work.


In doing a heart meditation, you are bringing your attention to your heart and allowing yourself to make connections to this amazing power center of your body,  This practice as well as the heart meditations that I have available, can help you to:

  • Focus on loving yourself every day, even when you have challenging circumstances 

  • Release any perfection models you hold for yourself  & instead love yourself for who you are 

  • Be kind to yourself when faced with a challenge

  • Heal your heart where it has been wounded

  • Allow yourself to be OK with communicating from your heart

Heart Meditation Practice 

How to generate more heart energy for yourself is to practice, feeling your heart.  

1.Pick a quiet space to connect to your heart daily,  

2.place your hands or your attention on your heart

3.Feel your breath flow in and out, as you feel your heart.

4. Stay with it for 1 minute or longer.

5. Commit to doing it for 1 week and see what happens!
